Glynis Operations ManagerI started my career as a credit controller for Aston Martin for about 10 years then I worked for Thames Valley Police covering the whole of the south east as vehicle liaison officer before moving to the NHS and the Prison Service where I was managing the detailing and resourcing of a very busy establishment with the nursing team.
I understand the complexities of healthcare in this unique area. I then moved and joined NOA as a client and performance manager but I have recently been promoted to Operations Manager.
Vicki Recruitment ConsultantAfter leaving college I worked in various care homes, hospitals and caring within the community in peoples own homes, from the elderly to people with special needs. After deciding on a different career path, I worked in various sectors including admin, customer service and Cineworld where I worked as a supervisor/trainee manager, here I looked after the recruitment and HR side of our employees and this is where my recruiting career began before NOA I worked for Adecco recruiting staff for Amazon.
As a recruitment consultant for NOA I look after new members that want to join us until they are compliant. I also look after the advertising for vacancies and searching for new staff members on various job boards. I am confident communicator and I have recently taken over the weekly newsletter to create more engagement with our members

I started My Medical Recruitment Career in 2016 as a Candidate Relationship Executive working up to be a team leader this role allowed me to gain all skills and knowledge in recruitment, before this I had started out my working career after completing 1 year at university studying business management, as a Sales Demonstrator in a customer facing role. I lead on the appraisals for NOA and I enjoy interacting with the nursing staff and love the diverse nature of what we do.
Carol Compliance Team LeaderI started work on the production line of General motors where I spent a brief time assembling wiper motors, after which I went into admin. I spent several years in various departments, Export Billing and Claims and Credits. After my third child, I decided it would be cheaper to become a childminder and spend 13 years looking after over 80 children.
Once my kids grew I decided to change careers and spent a few years working in a care home before going to work in the Mental Health Department in the prison service. After a few years I became an HCA, took further training to become a band 4 HCA and medicating and looking after prisoners on the units, a total of 11 years. After parting ways with the NHS in the prison service I joined NOA…. and here I am as Compliance Team Leader, making sure our nurses are fully compliant.
Maya Admin AssistantI studied Health & Social care at Milton Keynes college and thoroughly enjoyed completing the course. After studying I worked with people with learning disabilities before deciding to take a different path into Retail.
I worked in retail for 3 years before searching for a new challenge and that path lead me here working with NOA Healthcare as an Administration assistant.
