Manager
I started my career as a credit
controller for Aston Martin for about 10 years then I worked for Thames Valley Police
covering the whole of the south east as vehicle liaison officer before moving to the NHS
and the Prison Service where I was managing the detailing and resourcing of a very busy
establishment with the nursing team. I understand the complexities of healthcare in this unique area. I then moved and joined NOA as a client and performance manager but I have recently been promoted to Operations Manager.

I am an Experienced Recruitment
Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the medical staffing and recruiting
industry. Skilled in Sourcing, Customer Service, Sales, Recruitment Advertising and
Healthcare. I started My Medical Recruitment Career in 2016 as a Candidate Relationship Executive working up to be a team leader this role allowed me to gain all skills and knowledge in recruitment, before this I had started out my working career after completing 1 year at university studying business management, as a Sales Demonstrator in a customer facing role. I lead on the appraisals for NOA and I enjoy interacting with the nursing staff and love the diverse nature of what we do.
